1️⃣將紅棗洗凈去核剪成小塊,核桃洗凈掰兩半.蔓越莓、葡萄乾準備好

2️⃣碗中加入牛奶、紅糖攪拌均勻至紅糖融化,加入玉米油、雞蛋攪拌均勻.篩入糯米粉混合均勻,可以過篩一遍更細膩

3️⃣烤箱提前170°預熱.模具鋪好油紙或油布,糯米糊分三份,先倒入三分之一糯米糊晃勻.放入預熱好的烤箱中層,上下火170°烘烤10分鐘凝固取出.表面撒上果乾堅果,再倒入三分之一糯米糊.繼續放回烤箱170°烤10分鐘

4️⃣烤好取出倒入餘下的糯米糊,放回烤箱再烤20~25分鐘左右.後續幾分鐘可以調高下火,底部受熱到位脫模就容易些
